InterContinental Rome Ambasciatori Palace, an IHG Hotel

Very nice and centrally located properly. Staff were very friendly and were prepared to do all within their means to make our stay enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Cleanliness of room, toothbrushes for each registered guest/one shaving kit in bathroom. Large size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in shower. Amazing shower head with good pressure/temperature. Free treats-fruit plate, 4 cookies, little box of chocolates. Thank you Daniel, at the front desk, for printing out our train tickets.

The commodities, the light and taste, the confort with nice tech, a really complete room. The balcony and of course the view. Also a proper bathroom, with all.

The hotel is just lovely, rooms are comfortable size and spotless, shower is excellent. All service is professional, friendly and plentiful: front desk, concierge, housekeeping, doormen. This is old-fashioned good customer service in a lovely hotel at an excellent location -- hard to find!

The location of the hotel was very good because downtown Rome and a lot of its attractions are within walking distance. Walking in Rome is the best way to feel it as it really is. We enjoyed the comfort and the amenities, including two nice bottles of sparkling italian wine.
